Organic and Free Range meat

Friland is an international food company engaged in marketing and selling organic meat and meat from free-range animals. We are part of the Danish Crown Group, one of the world’s largest meat exporters, and we are the largest player in Europe in the organic meat market.

Friland sells organic beef and pork as well as branded non-organic products such as Friland Free Range Pork (FRILANDSGRIS®), Friland Beef (Friland Kødkvæg) and Friland Limousine Beef (Friland Limousine) to most of the Danish retail sector.
Together with the Danish Animal Welfare Society, we have developed a code of practice which ensures that the natural behaviour and needs of the animals are taken into account to the greatest possible extent.

Friland products are either organic and/or recommended by the Danish Animal Welfare Society.
